A brutal L.A. drive-by killing resulting in several lifeless bodies in a dance-club parking lot, seems like a sense-less random act of violence and dstined to become a cold case. Until homicide detective Petra Connor begins to delve deeply into world of grifters and bloodthirsty killers and comes up with a possible eyewitness, but whose life is in mortal danger. Petra has precious little time to unravel the twisted logic of a cunnong sadistic predator, who's evaded detection for years and who is ready to strike again.
